Two new copper-plates of Gopala II have recently been published, and a third one has recently been found from Sherpur in Bogra district, which is now being preserved in the department of archaeology of Bangladesh Government. These new discoveries are definitely going to alter the Pala chronology and the details of the rule of many of the Pala kings.
